Service Description
Somatic Massage is a combination of Relaxation Massage and Reiki. Our lives are filled with distraction and constant stimulation which can cause a disconnect between our minds, hearts and bodies. Our Somatic Massage uses gentle touch along with energy work to reconnect our minds to our bodies so we can be fully present mentally and physically. If you struggle with feeling distracted, are anxious about the past or the future, or have difficulty relaxing in your "down time", this service is a perfect fit for you.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand life happens and there are always exceptions, but our time is as valuable as yours and as much advance notice is appreciated. Notice of cancellations less than 3 hours before service and no shows are responsible for the entire price of the service booked.
